- <p outputclass="List1" class="- topic/p ">(b) <i class="+ topic/ph hi-d/i ">General</i>. The Contractor shall establish and maintain an acceptable purchasing system. Failure to maintain an acceptable purchasing system, as defined in this clause, may result in disapproval of the system by the Contracting Officer and/or withholding of payments.</p>
